1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

 


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., embroidered items)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or store credit

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer:

  • Replacement at no cost, or

  • Full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@babydwelling.com with your order details

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions

  3. If approved, you may receive a prepaid return label (if eligible)

Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • If a prepaid label is provided, the cost may be adjusted during refund processing

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking

 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

 

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges

  • If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or card statement again

  • Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary)

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process
